Abstract Submission

Abstract Preparation

The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Abstracts should be submitted by presenting authors via the link below. We will accept only one abstract per each presenting author. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Topics Committee and assigned to an appropriate session as either an oral or poster presentation.

Please note that online participants may give contributed talks if their abstracts are selected. All contributors (talks or posters) will be requested to answer whether their presentations are in person or online after the acceptance notices are sent.

You will not be able to edit your information, submit a new presentation, or withdraw your presentation after the deadline.

 Important  If you have already created an account for registration, you may submit an abstract using that account. Please be careful to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

Abstract Formats

Abstracts are to be submitted in PDF format from the LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates provided below.

Abstract Submission Guidelines & Requirements

  • All abstracts must be submitted electronically using the links above.
  • Authors may submit the abstract once they sign-up through the online link.
  • Abstracts should be submitted by presenting authors.
  • Each presenting author may submit only one abstract.
  • Abstracts should be prepared in English.
  • Single spacing should be used.
  • The length should not exceed one page.
  • Omit degrees and titles (Dr, Prof, etc.).
  • Abbreviations must be spelled out in full at the first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
  • Do not use subtitles or sections, e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
  • Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • No proofreading will be carried out, and no corrections will be possible after the submission deadline.

Notification of Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Topics Committee according to standard review procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be sent out via e-mail to the presenting authors by April 30, 2023.
The registration status does not affect the review process of submitted abstracts.
