Participants are advised to register in advance to receive the early registration discount.

07.19.2023  Registration for participation only will be accepted until 8/11. Proceed with the payment of the registration fee immediately to secure your attendance. Access to the conference will be granted only upon receipt of payment.
  • The abbreviation JPY stands for the Japanese currency, the yen. JPY can be exchanged at a rate of 130 JPY to 1 USD (as of January, 2023)
  • All dates are based on Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)
  • “Regular” and “Student” registrations allow participants to participate both in-person and online.
  • Registration fees include attendance in all conference sessions, coffee breaks (except for online-only participants), and a conference kit (except for online-only participants). Alcoholic beverages are not included.
  • Although “Regular” and “Student” are closed after July 18, they reopen in late July.
  • Participation in the banquet is registered separately. Details will be announced later.
  • Registration fees are non-taxable.
  • If you choose “Student”, you must upload a valid student ID card during the conference. In view of the cases where the ID expires before the conference, even if the student ID was valid at the time of application, we ask students to show their student ID cards valid during the conference.

Registration process

Please visit the online registration page below. When you visit the registration page, you will be requested to create an account with an ID and PW. After creating your account, you can select the registration type, and pay the registration fee. Registration information may be modified at any time through your account.

 Online Registration 
  • We accept the super early-bird discount for regular registration until April 7, 2023 (JST).
  • The early-bird discount for regular, student, and online-only registration will close on May 15, 2023 (JST).

  • Access the registration button to proceed to the registration portal. Subsequently, select "Create an Account" to establish your personal page.
     Important  If you have already created an account for abstract submission, you may register using that account. Please be careful to avoid creating duplicate accounts.
  • Upon completion of the registration process, a confirmation email will be dispatched to the email address provided during registration. Kindly heed the instructions outlined in the confirmation email to verify your registration.
  • We accept payments made via credit card.
  • Abstract submission is also available through the same registration portal. Kindly refer to Abstract submission page for further information regarding the submission process and abstract template format.

Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation fee is 10,000 JPY until May 15 (JST, GMT+9). Refunds will be handled by the Registration Desk within 14 days after request, but please note that the timing you will receive the refund depends on the credit card company.
  • After May 15, registration fees are basically non-refundable.
  • The change of items (Regular, Student, and Online-only) requires a new registration following the cancellation of the original registration. However, the cancellation fee for a change from online-only to in-person participation will be waived.
  • If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact For reasons such as
    • sudden illness (a medical certificate to be submitted),
    • visas not being issued due to infection control measures,
    cancellation after May 15 will be accepted with a cancellation fee of 10,000 JPY. Refunds will be made approximately one month after the conference.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the spread of infectious diseases, the entire conference may be changed to an online conference. In such cases, the difference between the re-calculated online registration fee and the registration fee will be refunded. The organizer will not be liable for any costs incurred due to the change.

Meeting attendees can receive a letter of invitation if needed as part of the visa application process. Those who need a Visa can ask for the letter in the registration system.
